| Ghee & Honey - Do not take ghee & honey in equal quantity as it leads to indigestion. If indigestion is caused by ghee, drink hot water; whereas if indigestion is caused by honey, drink cold water.

| Honey mixes - 1) Do not heat honey or mix with hot fluids - it causes indigestion and weakens the digestive system.
2) Honey with water is good for obese persons.
