Food timing - It is ideal to have your dinner around 8pm, and go to sleep only at least after one&a half hours.
Complete food - It is recommended in Ayurveda texts to have the main meal of the day, comprising of 6different tastes-salt,sour,sweet,pungent,bitter,astringent-thus forming a complete diet.
